🧾 About the Role
This is not a complaint line gig—and you won’t be reading from a script. As an Associate Customer Care Professional with Thrivent’s Life Insurance team, you’ll handle every call from “Hello” to resolution with empathy, integrity, and ownership. You’ll guide callers through important, sometimes complex moments with clarity and heart.
You’ll be helping people who share your values—clients who lead with purpose and seek financial clarity. This is your launchpad into financial services, backed by world-class training, mentoring, and clear career progression.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Manage inbound life insurance calls with professionalism and empathy
• Solve client concerns end-to-end without scripts
• Navigate multiple systems to find solutions fast
• Own first-call resolution while minimizing follow-up work
• Support clients with claims, policy details, and account servicing
• Join a collaborative team focused on high-quality experiences—not rushed calls

🔍 Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary a plus)
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or client support preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable navigating systems and maintaining positivity on calls
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Based in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones preferred
💻 Remote Work Requirements
• Hard-wired internet connection (Ethernet) – 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Secure, quiet workspace
• Able to pass a background check
🕒 Hours:
• Training: M–F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST (starting Oct 6, 2025)
• Post-training: M–F, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST
