As a Billing Tech Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for our clients, helping them troubleshoot billing-related issues via email and ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge rehab software. 📌 What You’ll Do
• Handle email-based customer support focused on billing and RCM
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex bugs to the right internal teams
• Collaborate with engineering to improve ticket flow and resolution
• Master our EMR and billing platform to provide accurate, timely answers
• Advocate for user needs by sharing patterns, bugs, and feature requests
• Contribute to knowledge bases and internal tools that scale our support


🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have…
• 3+ years in tech support, client services, or a customer-facing SaaS role
• Solid medical billing knowledge (PT/OT/SLP billing strongly preferred)
• Experience with RCM workflows (claim review, submission, follow-up)
• Analytical mindset and sharp troubleshooting skills
• Strong written communication—clear, concise, and confident
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Self-starter energy with a hunger to learn and grow


Bonus Points For
• Startup or B2B SaaS experience
• Familiarity with customer service platforms like Zendesk, HelpScout, etc.
• Experience supporting medical software or EMRs
