We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist who’s eager to work directly with clients, help teams thrive, and champion the value of our PredictionHealth platform. Position Highlights
• Salary: $75K–$100K
• Full-time, fully remote
• Reports to PredictionHealth division

📋 What You’ll Own

Onboarding & Training
• Manage client setup, product configurations, and training
• Host webinars and Q&A sessions for clinical teams
• Guide customers in using core and premium features

Client Relationship Management
• Build lasting relationships post-onboarding
• Act as the main point of contact for your client accounts
• Proactively flag and help solve technical or workflow issues

Support & Resolution
• Address customer questions through email, webinars, and support systems
• Escalate and resolve support tickets
• Spot trends in customer challenges and share with product/engineering

Customer Success Strategy
• Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics
• Prevent churn and increase feature adoption
• Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client needs

Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Share client insights to help improve the product

Systems & Tools
• Maintain client info in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Use data to drive decisions and improve processes


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Background as a PT, PTA, OT, SLP, or clinic administrator
• 0–2 years of customer-facing experience (SaaS, support, or healthcare preferred)
• Clear communicator with solid problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasker, comfortable with digital tools
• Customer-first attitude and a proactive mindset
