We’re hiring a seasoned Global Payroll Manager to own and evolve our international payroll operations. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong compliance instincts, and the agility to build systems from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in shaping a function that directly impacts the people driving our mission forward.

📋 What You’ll Do
Own Payroll Operations
• Process payroll for domestic and international employees
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, bonuses, commissions, and tax updates
• Ensure timely filings and tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Manage and respond to notices from local, state, and federal agencies
Ensure Compliance & Accuracy
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Prepare internal and external payroll reports
• Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related accounts
• Partner with auditors and lead payroll-related audit processes
Drive Collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with People Ops and Finance
• Act as the go-to expert for employee payroll questions
• Interface with third-party vendors and software providers
🎯 What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in payroll administration
• Proven success managing global payroll at a company of 400+ employees
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (implementation experience a plus)
• Expertise across exempt/non-exempt, domestic/international, multi-entity payroll
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet hard deadlines
• Understanding of local, state, federal, and international payroll law
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
