Sidecar Health is on a mission to make healthcare radically more affordable and transparent. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 10–15 passionate Member Care Specialists, guiding them in delivering a five-star experience to our members. From coaching team performance to jumping into escalated issues, you’ll set the tone for what “personalized healthcare” really means.

• Full-time, salaried
• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET (M–F)
• On-call rotation required for some weekends

📋 What You’ll Do
Lead with Purpose
• Coach and empower Member Care Specialists to deliver exceptional service
• Set performance goals and hold your team accountable with empathy
• Build a values-driven team culture focused on growth, innovation, and member obsession
Drive Operational Excellence
• Monitor key metrics: first-call resolution, CSAT scores, productivity
• Partner with QA and Training to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Jump in on complex or escalated member issues with confidence
• Collaborate with scheduling and workforce planning teams
Champion Continuous Improvement
• Identify member pain points and partner cross-functionally to solve them
• Share frontline insights with Product and Ops to influence company-wide improvements
• Contribute to onboarding, upskilling, and strategic projects
Develop Your Team
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career conversations
• Manage performance with clarity and compassion
• Recognize wins and foster professional development
🎯 What You Bring
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years managing customer-facing teams
• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and goal-setting skills
• A strategic yet empathetic mindset—you care about people and performance

• Strong organizational and communication skills
