As an Engagement Manager on our Advocacy team, you’ll serve as a vital bridge between brokers, employer partners, and the members we support. Your mission: build strong relationships, boost program engagement, and help members get life-changing care—at a fraction of the cost.

You’ll work closely with insurance brokers, general agencies, and HR benefit teams, introducing high-value programs that make healthcare less confusing and more affordable for employees. • Salary range: $70K–$110K
• Full-time, 100% remote
• Travel required for meetings & events (minimal)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, general agencies, and employer partners
• Introduce and explain high-impact healthcare programs that reduce out-of-pocket costs for members
• Lead external meetings (virtual and in-person) to drive program adoption
• Collaborate with the Advocacy Team to track program rollouts, member eligibility, and group feedback
• Strategize on ways to maximize member participation and drive measurable results
• Be the go-to resource for partners navigating complex benefits decisions


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of experience in insurance broker engagement, employee benefits, or insurance account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, outcome-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to drive adoption of services or programs through clear communication
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment


💻 Bonus Points
• Existing relationships with brokers, general agencies, or benefits decision-makers
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and light automation
• Licensed Accident/Health Producer (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
• Bachelor’s degree
