🎯 What You’ll Do
• Transcribe audio and video files into clear, well-formatted documents
• Proofread your work to ensure accuracy, grammar, and punctuation
• Research industry-specific terms and jargon when needed
• Use transcription tools/software to streamline your workflow
• Follow style guides and formatting rules for consistency
• Handle sensitive or internal files with discretion
• Juggle multiple transcription projects with tight deadlines

• Interviews and webinars with industry experts
• Podcasts focused on gig work, job searching, and remote life
• Internal communications, like team meetings and company announcements
• Training videos, client meetings, market research, and more
📌 What You Bring
• Excellent listening skills and high attention to detail
• Fast and accurate typing (bonus if you know your WPM)
• Solid grammar, spelling, and editing chops
• Comfort with transcription software (Otter, Descript, Express Scribe, etc.)
• Experience as a transcriptionist or in a similar role
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time
• Confidentiality and professionalism with all file content
