⢠Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
⢠Coordinate service work and documentation between teams
⢠Review customer contracts, SLAs, and scopes of work
⢠Help with onboarding new customers and data entry
⢠Resolve work order and billing issues
⢠Ensure service deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
⢠Maintain digital records, stats, reports, and admin tasks
⢠Assist with strategic planning and process improvements
