Cennox is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join its remote team. In this frontline role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for customers, technicians, and internal teams, supporting Cennox’s Retail Safe Products. If you enjoy digging into technical puzzles and providing real-time support, this is your lane.


Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Delivering phone and email-based technical support
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Supporting part orders tied to service tickets
• Assisting with installs and configuration of company products
• Creating and sharing technical documentation
• Investigating and analyzing product failures
• Logging all customer interactions in internal systems
• Responding to after-hours voicemails


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in technical support or hardware/software troubleshooting
• Proficient in Linux command line and MySQL
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends and rotating holidays
