As a Patient Claims Specialist, you’ll be the voice patients hear when they have questions about their medical claims, balances, and insurance. This is a vital role on our Revenue Cycle Management team that directly impacts the patient experience, billing accuracy, and our providers’ trust.

🗓️ What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound/outbound calls with patients regarding claims, balances, insurance, and payments
• Handle 60+ inbound calls per day with professionalism and care
• Help patients update demographics and insurance details
• Follow up on payment issues and resolve account inquiries
• Enter detailed notes and updates into the Practice Management system
• Participate in team projects that enhance the patient support experience
📌 Position Details
• Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9–5pm PST or 11am–8pm EST
• Location: 100% remote (U.S. based only)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with full benefits

• 1–2+ years of healthcare administration or patient services experience
• Basic knowledge of claims submission and insurance processes (Medicare, HMOs, PPOs)
• Excellent phone etiquette, listening, and documentation skills
• Comfort managing high call volume in a fast-paced virtual environment
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
• Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, and patient management systems
