As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in connecting cancer patients to the care they need, when they need it most.


đź’Ľ Your Role
You’ll be the calm voice on the other end of the line—handling calls, texts, faxes, and emails with empathy and professionalism. You’ll also support the clinical team with reports, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

đź•’ Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

🌎 Location:
• Fully remote (U.S. based only—must reside in the lower 48 states)


📋 What You’ll Do
• Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, text, email, and fax
• Triage incoming communications to the appropriate care team
• Generate daily reports to support care coordination
• Assist with scheduling calls and case conferences
• Send weekly surveys to members
• Support special projects and data entry to help scale our virtual medical practice
• Accurately document interactions and escalate as needed

• Bilingual in English & Spanish – strong verbal and written fluency
• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare support experience (telephonic preferred)
• Empathy, patience, and a people-first mindset
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
• Proficiency in (or ability to quickly learn) tools like Google Suite, Slack, and EHR platforms
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Passion for healthcare innovation and supporting underserved communities
