📍 About the Role
We’re hiring a dynamic, U.S.-based Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of ~50–70 commercial accounts. You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—helping users onboard, thrive, and expand their use of ElevenLabs products.
This is not a backseat role. You’ll be a partner to your clients, a strategist for our internal teams, and a builder of systems that scale with us.
đź’Ľ Your Responsibilities
• Manage a high-volume commercial book of 50–70 accounts
• Lead onboarding and guide customers toward value milestones
• Track usage data and customer health to drive retention and upsell
• Collaborate on the Customer Success playbook for scalable growth
• Build lasting relationships that turn users into loyal advocates
• Identify product feedback trends and surface actionable insights
• Own NRR and account health KPIs tied to company growth goals
📌 You Might Be a Fit If You Have…
• 3–7 years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience managing a high-touch portfolio at scale
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using product and usage metrics
