📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor and coach agent performance across quality, productivity, and attendance
• Maintain 90%+ quality assurance scores across your team
• Handle occasional escalations and customer complaints
• Lead SMART goal setting, coaching logs, and regular performance reviews
• Champion customer-centric support through hands-on problem-solving
• Use tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect with confidence
• Foster a positive, accountable culture through training, task delegation, and team-building
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of coaching experience
• 2+ years in people management (customer service focused)
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Comfort operating under pressure and shifting priorities
• History of setting and achieving SMART goals
• Quick learner with strong product knowledge and customer-first mindset
