📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls for businesses across various industries
• Communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous experience as a receptionist, admin assistant, or similar role
• Ability to multitask under pressure and stay focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic tech troubleshooting skills
• Team player mindset with a can-do attitude
• Call center experience is a plus
• Must be located in the U.S. (Texas strongly preferred)
