📋 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct utilization reviews for outpatient/inpatient services
• Apply evidence-based guidelines to determine medical necessity
• Collaborate with providers to gather clinical details
• Escalate cases to Medical Directors as appropriate
• Accurately document all case activities using multiple digital systems
• Provide team coverage and rotate into on-call schedule (weekends/holidays as needed)
🎯 You’ll Thrive If You Have
• Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical RN experience
• 1+ year of prior authorization or concurrent review experience
• Strong decision-making and independent critical thinking skills
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment
• Ability to attend mandatory 3-week training (M–F, 8:30AM–5:00PM EST)
✨ Preferred Extras
• Experience in managed care organizations (MCO)
• Prior experience in a clinical call center or remote nursing role
• BSN preferred (ADN required)
