You’ll be the frontline of our high-touch, human-first member experience, navigating everything from lab results to orders, and helping us refine how we serve at scale. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle multi-channel member support (email, chat, phone) with empathy and clarity
• Troubleshoot complex concerns tied to labs, orders, and results
• Identify and propose improvements in member workflows and support tools
• Assist with building self-serve resources and internal knowledge bases
• Be a key voice of the member in cross-functional team discussions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in customer/member support, preferably in startups or health tech
• Excellent written communication—empathetic, clear, and informative
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
• Operates well in high-speed environments with minimal supervision
• Passionate about empowering people to take control of their health

• Reliable internet connection and self-directed work ethic
• Comfortable operating in Slack, email, CRM systems, and health-related platforms
