Vetcove is hiring a full-time Vet Clinic Support Associate to join our remote Customer Experience team. You’ll help veterinary professionals troubleshoot technical issues and streamline their supply ordering using our platform. If you’re passionate about tech, customer care, and making an impact in the veterinary world, this role puts you right at the heart of it.

• $50,000–$80,000/year + bonus + equity

• Fully remote (USA only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to clinic support tickets via chat and email
• Troubleshoot bugs, data issues, and system questions
• Escalate technical issues and document reproduction steps
• Communicate clearly with clinics throughout resolution
• Track item reports, manage accounts, and review credits
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Help improve support processes and tools over time


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in a customer-facing, technical support role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ticket support experience (Intercom preferred)
• Calm, empathetic presence under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability
• Startup or tech background is a plus
