GetInsured is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to help people navigate the often confusing process of health insurance enrollment. You’ll be the calm, clear voice on the other end of the line—answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding callers through online applications. This is a seasonal, full-time position with paid training, performance-based incentives, and the flexibility of working from home.

• $15/hr base pay (or $17/hr for Spanish bilingual reps)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide technical and application support
• Chat with customers and resolve online inquiries
• Guide users through account setup and plan selection
• Follow call center procedures and health compliance guidelines
• Track data entry and customer documentation accurately


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 18+ years old with reliable attendance
• Comfortable using and learning new technology
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Motivated, professional, and adaptable
• Able to pass background check and drug test within 3 days
• Must complete paid training and pass certification tests

• Personal computer with working webcam for training
• Cable/fiber internet (minimum 35 Mbps via Ethernet)
