In this remote, patient-facing role, you’ll support cardiac device patients and healthcare providers through timely communication, coordination, and follow-up—improving outcomes while streamlining clinic operations.

• Full-time (40 hours/week, 10AM–7PM EST, M–F)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make and receive calls to support patients using cardiac device monitors
• Follow up to ensure remote transmissions are received
• Troubleshoot device disconnects and resolve patient concerns
• Track and document interactions in the internal system
• Coordinate with cardiology clinic staff for seamless care
• Adhere to compliance and scheduling standards
• Support internal process improvements and team collaboration

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong organization and multitasking ability

• Basic understanding of cardiology or healthcare is a plus
