📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise day-to-day refund and credit account operations
• Identify workflow issues and propose solutions
• Monitor AR aging and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Generate and analyze reports to drive performance metrics
• Support and coach team members through feedback and process training
• Participate in weekly operations meetings and escalate client concerns as needed
• Build strong working relationships with both onshore and offshore teams
• Ensure consistent communication between hourly staff and leadership
