Natera is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support our Oncology division by acting as the frontline point of contact for patients throughout the genetic testing process. You’ll work directly with sales teams, operations, and patients to ensure timely testing, coordination of services, and an exceptional support experience. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary liaison for Oncology patients, supporting them through the testing journey
• Coordinate logistics, answer patient questions, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with field sales and internal ops to maintain ongoing relationships
• Track and support business tools (Salesforce, QlikView) and assist in system documentation
• Maintain a service-first mindset while nurturing patient loyalty
• Identify opportunities to educate, engage, and schedule follow-up testing
• Uphold HIPAA and internal compliance standards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of call center experience (inbound & outbound)
• 2+ years of direct sales or patient engagement experience
• Background in medical, clinical, or biological sciences preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with Salesforce, Excel, and modern communication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
