📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and internal systems
• Verify refill validity and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare and process refills accurately and on time
• Interact professionally with patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Track performance data and share insights with leadership
• Assist clinical teams with reports, studies, and workflow optimization
• Deliver bilingual support with empathy and precision
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA or AMT) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy or clinical setting
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Part B and D, HIPAA, and pharmacy claims processes
• Fluent in Spanish and English—spoken, written, and reading
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and EMR/EHR platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work independently with strong time management
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (no satellite or 5G)
