📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer high-volume inbound calls and route accordingly
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with transport coordination
• Provide clear directions, clinic hours, and support to patients and third parties
• Verify insurance details with health plans
• Input data accurately into EMR/EHR and Carenet systems
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
• Offer caring, efficient, and professional service at every touchpoint
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Prior experience in healthcare settings (medical assistant or front office preferred)
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer navigation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and customer focus
• Dual-monitor setup required (22″ minimum with HDMI and DisplayPort)
• Reliable high-speed internet in a quiet, professional home environment
