Carenet Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual) to support patients with medication refills and customer service needs. This is a fully remote position for Spanish/English bilingual professionals who are passionate about healthcare and thrive in a patient-first, fast-paced environment. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and internal systems
• Confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance on all requests
• Process and dispense refills following organizational guidelines
• Deliver high-level customer service to patients and healthcare partners
• Analyze data trends and report performance metrics
• Assist with reports, projects, and admin duties for clinical teams
• Work cross-functionally to improve processes and patient experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Pharmacy Technician with a current, nationally recognized credential
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy environment
• Strong understanding of Medicare Part D and CMS regulations
• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English)—spoken and written
• Familiarity with HIPAA and pharmacy billing practices
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Reliable high-speed internet (satellite and 5G not accepted)
