🧾 About the Role
OneSource Virtual is hiring a Canada Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for our Managed Payroll clients. This is a remote role in a fast-paced, customer-focused team environment. You’ll support a portfolio of clients while helping to configure Workday, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with Canadian payroll and tax regulations.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the primary Payroll Specialist for Managed Payroll and Administrative clients
• Respond to client and internal escalations, resolve complex issues, and document resolutions
• Lead client calls and contribute to new client onboarding
• Configure Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories
• Analyze year-end and quarter-end reports, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions
• Maintain documentation and meet service-level metrics
• Collaborate with peers and other service teams to drive customer satisfaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience (including Canadian payroll)
• Proven customer support or client-facing service history
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdiction payroll, taxes, W-2/Year-End support
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
