OneSource Virtual is hiring a Remote Canadian Payroll Services Supervisor to lead a team of payroll professionals supporting Canadian payroll operations for multiple clients. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise payroll processing, fulfillment, and customer support across client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations, complex payroll inquiries, and client concerns
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and create development plans
• Lead training, scheduling, and workforce planning efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with OSV strategic goals
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of payroll/tax experience
• 2+ years of Canadian payroll experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• High school diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
💻 Preferred Skills
• Associate degree
• FPC or CPP certification
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable leading in high-pressure situations with shifting priorities
