OneSource Virtual is seeking a Remote Application Support Developer to join the R&D team. This role supports and enhances OSV’s proprietary applications—built with modern cloud tech stacks like .NET, C#, REST, SOAP, Salesforce, Workday, and more. You’ll work at the intersection of code and customer support—solving technical issues, improving applications, and helping drive smarter software.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Troubleshoot and support specific business-critical apps
• Respond quickly to bugs, tech questions, or system hiccups

• Log and track work tickets or escalate when needed
• Contribute to process improvements and product updates
• Participate in testing, documentation, and upgrades
• Use Agile methods to develop user stories and problem statements
• Document solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in software development or support
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
