π What Youβll Own
β’ Monitor training attendance and daily engagement
β’ Track progress of agents and provide individual feedback
β’ Observe and support live simulations and practice sessions
β’ Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support
β’ Keep BHive, Genesys, and Pulse systems updated
β’ Collaborate on daily training recaps and progress notes
β’ Motivate and guide new hires through onboarding
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ Deep knowledge of UHC systems, tools, and procedures
β’ Proven excellence in the agent sales or service role
β’ Comfortable navigating Genesys, Pulse, and Bhive platforms
β’ Ability to support adult learners in a virtual training environment
β’ Engaged, proactive, and capable of motivating others
