BroadPath is hiring Credentialing Specialists to join their remote team. In this work-from-home position, you’ll manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities—ensuring compliance with NCQA, state, and federal standards.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Verify provider credentials through approved sources
• Manage credentialing and re-credentialing applications
• Enter data into the credentialing database
• Communicate with providers about application status and missing documents
• Identify and escalate compliance issues
• Maintain up-to-date provider records and demographics
• Protect sensitive data with strict confidentiality
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 50 WPM typing speed; 135 KSPM on 10-key
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, or state-level credentialing standards is a plus
