🧾 About the Role
Symetra is hiring an Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead a team of Scrum Masters driving agile delivery excellence across the company. You’ll be the connective tissue between enterprise strategy and team execution—removing blockers, building high-performing teams, and championing continuous improvement.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive systemic improvements
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to translate strategy into action
• Create delivery frameworks and track key metrics like throughput and predictability
• Influence company-wide agile practices and build scalable operating models
• Foster a culture of empowerment, learning, and psychological safety
• Support onboarding, career development, and agile maturity initiatives
• Regularly report on progress and lead retrospectives to guide change
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 8–10 years in tech delivery with 3+ years leading or coaching agile delivery professionals
• Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale agile transformation (SAFe, LeSS, or hybrid frameworks)
• Strong background in leadership, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent credentials preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced training a plus
• Experience in matrixed or regulated industries is a bonus
