Symetra is looking for a Compensation Analyst to help design, analyze, and maintain fair, competitive pay structures across the organization. You’ll contribute to the company’s compensation strategy by evaluating roles, benchmarking pay, analyzing trends, and supporting annual salary review processes. • Salary range: $64,200 – $106,900

📋 What You’ll Own
• Evaluate job roles and conduct market pricing analyses
• Support base pay and short-term incentive program design
• Lead compensation surveys and analyze market data
• Prepare reports and dashboards for comp planning and review
• Help drive salary review cycles and forecast pay impacts
• Identify process improvements and system efficiencies
• Partner with HR and department leads to guide pay decisions
• Keep current on compensation trends and compliance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Strong data storytelling and Excel modeling skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, pay equity, and market analysis
• CCP designation or progress toward certification is a plus
• Bonus if you’ve used MarketPay, ADP, or Power BI
