Symetra is hiring a Premium & Billing Analyst to join its Benefits Division service team. This role is focused on managing premium payments, billing oversight, and reconciliation for group insurance policies. You’ll handle daily deposits, identify billing discrepancies, communicate with clients, and support internal audits and projects. ✅ Position Highlights
• Pay range: $22.00 – $32.95 per hour
• Full-time, fully remote position
• Eligible for annual bonus

📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain and reconcile premium accounts for group policies
• Process late payments, lapses, and audit premium variances
• Allocate deposits and pre-screen incoming funds
• Handle policy updates that impact billing (new groups, terminations, adjustments)
• Analyze and resolve premium audit discrepancies
• Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in training and team-based projects
