🧾 About the Role
Symetra is looking for a detail-driven Agency Operations Analyst to support distribution partner lifecycle operations. In this role, you’ll manage key data processes, troubleshoot system issues, contribute to compliance tasks, and lead process improvements. This position blends operations, systems thinking, and customer service, with opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert or project lead.

• Hourly pay: $28.93 – $48.24
• Full-time, remote position

📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain distribution partner records, agreements, licenses, and appointments
• Lead updates for partner data and sales agreements
• Support coding updates, data feeds, commission tools, and audit/reporting tasks
• Troubleshoot system errors and compliance requests
• Provide production support for partner inquiries and internal stakeholders
• Participate in UAT testing for system enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally on legal, product, and compliance projects
• Create, maintain, and improve process documentation
• Mentor and train peers on tools, systems, and workflows
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and analytical thinking
• Self-motivated with problem-solving creativity
• Familiarity with Windows, Excel, Word, and data tools preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
