Symetra is hiring a remote Policy Administrative Representative to support new business and in-force contract administration for Workforce Benefits and Medical Stop Loss products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling complex transactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values both autonomy and collaboration.

• Hourly pay range: $22.00 – $36.23
• Full-time, remote role

📋 What You’ll Own
• Set up policies in internal systems and create supporting contract documentation
• Analyze documents and policy data to determine missing or additional needs
• Administer contract renewals, amendments, and broker-of-record changes
• Maintain and prioritize daily work queues to meet service-level expectations
• Provide support to internal teams, underwriters, brokers, and policyholders
• Participate in special projects, acceptance testing, and peer training
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years experience in insurance, operations, or administrative support
• Group life, disability, or medical insurance background preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Strong communication and customer service ability
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
