🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices and tools
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML; API experience preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with clarity and calm
