We’re looking for empathetic, organized, and tech-savvy individuals to join our healthcare support team. As a Member Advocate, you’ll help customers navigate billing, benefits, claims, and more — all while making a genuine impact. This is more than support — it’s advocacy. 💙


🛠 What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Assist with billing questions, benefits explanations, and materials requests
  • Research claims and resolve member issues
  • Navigate multiple systems with confidence
  • Provide accurate documentation in member records
  • Deliver clear, compassionate communication — every time

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across tabs, tools, and systems
  • A quiet, secure home workspace
  • High-speed wired internet (min: 20 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up — no Wi-Fi/hotspots)
  • Availability to complete 12 weeks of paid training (100% attendance required)

⏰ Schedule & Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–9 PM EST
  • Saturdays, 9 AM–7:30 PM EST
  • Shift-based schedule — flexibility required
