Frontline Call Center is hiring immediately for a short-term Tier 1 Tech Support project for an Internet Service Provider. You’ll help new customers get online and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues during move-ins.

πŸ› οΈ What You’ll Do:

  • Provide friendly, professional Tier 1 support
  • Assist with internet setup and basic troubleshooting
  • Handle customer move-in tech support calls
  • Work an 8-hour shift between 6 AM–7 PM PST

πŸŽ“ Paid Training & Start Dates:
Choose from one of three classes (first come, first served):
Class 1 – Starts July 30
Class 2 – Starts August 6
Class 3 – Starts August 13


🧠 You Need To Have:

  • Be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Basic tech knowledge (know your modem from your router!)
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote workspace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
