Claritev is hiring a Claims Resolution Specialist to review and negotiate healthcare claims directly with providers—securing savings and ensuring compliance. This high-volume, phone-based role is ideal for someone with sharp communication skills, healthcare claims experience, and a drive to make a tangible impact on cost reduction.

• Full-time, remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Contact providers to negotiate claim discounts within set dollar ranges
• Research and present provider proposals to maximize cost savings
• Handle counteroffers, post-closure follow-up, and payment inquiries
• Educate providers on online portals and proposal review tools
• Meet individual and department performance metrics
• Track activity outcomes and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI data
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (associate’s or relevant certification preferred)
• 6+ months of healthcare experience (billing, coding, collections, insurance)
• Strong negotiation, phone, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Workers’ Comp and Auto claims a plus
• Excel and MS Word proficiency
• Detail-oriented with math skills and multitasking ability
• Self-starter who works well under deadlines and with confidential data
• NY Health or P&C Adjuster license may be required (or must be obtained within 6 months, if notified)
