Claritev is hiring temporary Medical Claims Intake Coordinators to support case entry and claims adjustments. If you’re organized, dependable, and familiar with healthcare terminology, this is your chance to join a mission-driven team that’s simplifying healthcare from the inside out.
✅ Position Highlights
• $17.00 per hour
• Temporary (60–120 days)
• Remote (U.S. only)
• Health insurance, 401(k), and bonus eligible
• Schedule flexibility after training
• Weekday shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
📋 What You’ll Own
• Intake and case creation across internal systems
• Timely data entry and adjustments on medical claims
• Outreach to customers for missing claim info
• Use internal tools to research and validate claim data
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
• Uphold company values and meet daily productivity goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior knowledge of medical insurance terms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with Excel and general computer navigation
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Dependable, focused, and organized
• Quiet and dedicated remote work environment
• High-speed internet access required
💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based only
• Must be available 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT during training (first week)
• After training, choose your schedule between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
