Claritev is transforming healthcare cost management—and they’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate Patient Intake Advocate to join their remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and providers, helping match medical claims to the correct provider and educating members on billing processes. • $18.25 per hour
• Full-time (Remote – U.S.)
• Fixed 8-hour shift depending on your time zone

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and mail
• Match claims to providers using internal web-based tools
• Educate members on claim and appeal processes
• Document all communications and events thoroughly
• Route specific requests to proper teams
• Request supporting documents from clients as needed
• Maintain organized daily workflows and meet deadlines
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data accuracy
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required (1+ year related experience preferred)
• Previous experience with healthcare claims or billing required
• Able to interpret benefit plans and EOBs
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based apps
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Must reside in the U.S.
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet, distraction-free home office
• Fixed shift depending on location:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
