Claritev is leading the charge in healthcare cost management—and they’re hiring detail-driven Member Services Patient Advocates to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll help patients navigate the balance billing process with empathy, precision, and strong communication. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle patient calls, emails, and inquiries regarding balance bills
• Educate members on claim status and negotiation progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of claims and contacts
• Manage a daily inventory of tasks and follow-ups
• Send formal letters and follow communication protocols
• Collaborate across departments and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Escalate urgent issues to leadership when needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with healthcare claims, EOBs, or balance billing
• Skilled with high-volume phone work and multitasking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-focused and organized under pressure
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

• Ability to work a fixed shift:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MT
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT
