Magna Legal Services is hiring a Records Coordinator to support their Records Retrieval Case Opening Unit. You’ll be the first point of contact for processing and reviewing legal and medical record orders. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and enter new client orders into internal systems
• Prepare and scan authorization forms and court subpoenas
• Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
• Apply court subpoena rules and review court service lists
• Identify appropriate request routing for record retrieval
• Track document deficiencies and provide updates to clients
• Help prioritize and manage incoming order volume
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree required
• 2–3 years experience in records retrieval, call center, customer service, or similar
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, web navigation)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• Ability to learn quickly and retain process knowledge
• Team player who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
