📋 What You’ll Own
• Proactively follow up with clients on overdue balances
• Monitor accounts aging, especially past 180+ days
• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and clear communication
• Generate monthly account statements and reports
• Log and track all client interactions and payment activity
• Process credit card payments and resolve billing inquiries
• Support dispute resolution and escalate when necessary
• Uphold all policy and compliance standards around collections
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of collections experience required
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
• Highly organized, decisive, and able to multitask in high-pressure environments
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Windows
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Familiar with Excel (pivot tables a plus)
• Bonus: Call center or legal billing experience
