Zentro is hiring a remote Customer Support Representative to provide tech-savvy, people-first service to residential internet users. You’ll handle incoming calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and upsell services—all while helping redefine what modern internet support should feel like.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist customers with Wi-Fi setup, streaming devices, routers, and mobile connectivity
• Answer high-volume support calls and perform follow-ups
• Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols
• Educate customers on products and services
• Resolve service/billing issues and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain a high standard of customer empathy, professionalism, and patience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years networking or tech support experience
• 2+ years call center experience
• 1+ year of sales experience
• Knowledge of routers, modems, and home Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Comfortable with Windows 11, ethernet, USB headsets
• Must have a distraction-free dedicated home workspace
