You’ll field inbound and outbound calls, update accounts, and serve as a reliable point of contact for consumers on a financial healing journey. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from clients and resolve debt-related inquiries
• Make outbound calls with updates or follow-ups

• Accurately document all client interactions in CRM
