You’ll manage scheduling, field technician assignments, internal and client communication, workorder tracking, and invoice approval. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and technician assignments
• Coordinate with Field Managers, Routing, and Parts teams
• Train technicians on scope and documentation requirements
• Monitor progress daily; resolve delays and carryovers
• Review field data for compliance (photos, surveys, workorders)
• Process and approve completed workorders and invoices
• Manage project issues, risks, and escalations
• Create and distribute status reports (internal and external)
• Forecast project revenue and track KPIs

• 2+ years in project coordination or project management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator — verbal and written
