📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver phone/email support to technicians and clients
• Troubleshoot recycler hardware/software and escalate when needed
• Support field deployments and guide techs through installations
• Maintain service logs and update technical documentation
• Conduct technician training (classroom + in-field)
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product performance
• Monitor ATM and remote monitoring software systems
• Identify root causes and suggest service improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years supporting Glory, Hitachi, or similar cash recycler systems
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Confident trainer with strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working independently under pressure
• Valid travel flexibility (required for fieldwork and training trips)
