Cennox is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between the company and assigned clients. You’ll own the client relationship end-to-end—resolving service issues, tracking contract performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients across all service-related matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular video meetings and check-ins
• Develop and manage Business Account Manuals (BAMs) for each client, coordinating across teams
• Review service contracts to understand expectations, metrics, and obligations
• Address escalations, invoice disputes, and day-to-day service challenges with urgency
• Analyze monthly reports to recommend improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Proactively present additional services and identify opportunities for upselling
• Monitor billing queues and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Collaborate across departments including logistics, call center, and field service
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, updates, and deliverables
• Other duties as assigned to support customer success initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident communicator—both verbal and written—with a professional video presence
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating online systems
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building mindset
• Experience reviewing contractual documentation is a big plus
• Customer service or account management experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and drive client-facing results
