Datavant is hiring a Support Specialist (Price Review Specialist I) to join our high-performing health data team. You’ll be responsible for processing audit and project requests across multiple health plan accounts, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance. • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately process audit and project requests within the Price Review queue
• Ensure requests are routed and processed correctly by account
• Monitor account-specific rules and flag anomalies or potential issues
• Identify and correct errors while maintaining quality standards
• Consistently hit daily achievement targets (100% accuracy rate)
• Utilize multiple software systems and databases effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve processing issues
• Assist with additional support tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10-key proficiency and strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze data
• Able to juggle multiple workflows and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
