We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to join a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery and success of custom risk adjustment projects. ✅ Position Highlights
• $108,000–$135,000/year
• Full-time, remote (U.S.-based only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the lead point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage timelines, communications, and deliverables for key projects
• Track project performance, report results, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Resolve client issues proactively and escalate when needed
• Prepare presentations and final reports for internal and external use
• Coordinate with Engineering to flag and resolve software or system issues
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Solid understanding of healthcare data, workflows, or coding systems
• Familiarity with data formats, EHR systems, or risk adjustment models
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables); SQL knowledge a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-focused
